This is not about the Evoque, but the big RR. My dealer currently has 10 Evoques sitting on the lot (new 2013). My big Range was the most reliable car I ever had.

Honestly I would take it to the dealer. If the fuse is good it could be several things.

When the Evoque originally came out the rear vents were an option. Designed to blow cold air only. Under your front seats are your rear heat vents. I have a 2013 Dynamic, blows cold.
