Heated seat problem

My wife picked her 2013 Evoque up over the weekend and it had 12 miles on it. While driving it home during a cold wintery day, the heated seats were turned on to warm the bottoms. Unfortunately, it did not appear the driver seat was getting any warmer. After about 15 minutes of waiting for it to warm up, it was determined that it was just not working. Anyone else out there had the same problem? Does anyone know where to find a wiring diagram for the four door model so I can see if a wire is disconnected. I checked the fuse and it is ok. Any suggestions would be helpful. Don't want to mess with the dealer who is 2 hours away unless something needs replaced.

Honestly I would take it to the dealer. If the fuse is good it could be several things.
